Reedville Fisherman's Museum

Historical Significance

The Reedville Fisherman's Museum is dedicated to preserving the maritime history and heritage of the lower Chesapeake Bay area and of the watermen who have labored there for hundreds of year. The museum's collection includes information about African American participation in the fishing industry.
